Chef Prady has over 12 years of experience working in different areas of a pastry kitchen. He has vast experience working in various roles in the pastry kitchens like patisserie production facilities, banquets, buffets, fine dining, catering and bakeries. Chef Prady started training in big 5 star hotels in India followed by intense hands on pastry experience working for large hotel chains such as Starwood and Marriott Hotel and premier resort Hayman Island. Prady has been a pastry chef trainer for over 3 years now.
Chef Prady's qualifications include TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management, Diploma om Professional Culinary Management (Patisserie), Certificate IV in Patisserie, Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) and Foundation Course in Wines (Level 1).
