Yasou International Buffet
Our students hosted another fantastic buffet, Yasou, our Mediterranean themed event. We had a lunch event for our Industry partners and Education Agents and our evening event was open to the public. Our Culinary Arts students prepared a range of delicious gourmet food and our students from our Hospitality school provided service. The buffet actually serves as an assessment for the SIT30813 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and SIT50313 Diploma of Hospitality students.
First of all we would like to congratulate all of the students involved on a fantastic effort, which all paid off. Our students should be proud for pulling off not only 1 but 2 successful buffets in one day. We would also like to thank everyone who came to the buffets and supported our students. We hope to see you all again.
