Le Banquet de Paris

Our students hosted another fantastic buffet, Le Banquet de Paris. Our Culinary Arts students prepared a range of delicious gourmet food and our students from our Hospitality school provided service. The buffet actually serves as an assessment for the SIT30813 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and SIT50313 Diploma of Hospitality students. There was a lunchtime and evening service where diners left with full stomachs and smiles on their faces.

Well done to all of the students involved in the buffets, there is a huge amount of work and effort put into each of these events. Our students should be proud for pulling off not only 1 but 2 successful buffets in one day. We would also like to thank everyone who came to the buffets and supported our students. We hope to see you all again.
