Street Food Buffet

After the success of the Buffet Breakfast, ACAE students took on the challenge of a 'dinner time' buffet, open to the public and competing with restaurants to get customers on a Friday night. Once announcing the "ACAE Steet Food Buffet" the students (and trainers) worries quickly changed from worrying no one would turn up to worrying about the huge number of people who registered their interest.  

The Street Food Buffet included an International menu from Mexico, Spain, France, Japan, USA, Vietnam and England.

Our SIT50313 Diploma of Hospitality Students also made some mocktails including French 75, Mojito and The Big Apple.
