Buffet Breakfast March 2015
As an update to the Commercial Cookery and Patisserie courses students will now be hosting a Buffet Breakfast in The College Cafe every term as part of their assessments. The first Buffet Breakfast was held on Thursday 5th March and was a great success. All food was made and prepared by the students, from the butter, jams and yogurt to the bread and sausages. Students put a huge amount of work into the event and it paid off! All staff at ACAE would like to say well done to the students, the food was fantastic.

It wouldn't be a Breakfast in Perth without the option of Bircher Muesli
Students made a selection of breads and croissants. We even heard one diner stating that it was the "best croissant I have ever had".

It wouldn't be a buffet breakfast without a made to order omelet and pancake option.
