Dalia's Commercial Cookery Experiences
Dalia, one of ACAE's Commercial Cookery students has blogged about her time studying at ACAE. She speaks about what drove her passion for cooking, past and future career goals and personal struggles along with some delicious recipes.
Dalia grew up in Ethiopia with Italian and Yemen heritage, she sedcribes herself as being exposed to a wide variety of cuisines from a young age. As a youg adult, Dalia then met her (now) husband who introduced her to a "whole new world of Italian food". Through the next few years Dalia's love of cooking grew as she met friends from all over the world and became interested in a range of cuisines.
