Spring themed International Buffet
Yesterday we held our Spring themed International Buffet. Well done to our Hospitality, Commercial Cookery and Patisserie students for their hard work. We would also like to thank all of our guests for attending and supporting our students.
Our Diploma of Hospitality Students who set the places, greeted and served the guests with Trainer Benoit.
Hospitality students designed the place setting and made sure they were all perfectly laid.
Bread Basket, our cookery students experimented with some bread flavours including chocolate and espresso bread.
