ACAE Now Offering Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie

ACAE is pleased to announce that we will be offering Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Patisserie from October.  These are advanced courses that combine cookery and presentation skills with management and supervisory skills.  The courses are designed to prepare you for a career as a Senior Chef, Senior Pastry Chef or Chef de Cuisine.  All students are required to complete a minimum of 312 hours of industry work placement, arranged by the college, providing on-the-job training and valuable industry contacts.  Find out more about these courses on the Certificate IV of Commercial Cookery and Certificate IV of Patisserie pages.

We have more good news for Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents and secondary holders of 457 visas who are resident in WA. Both of our new courses are PIT funded through The Department of Training and Workforce Development.  PIT funding allows eligible students to gain the benefits of private education for the same price as attending TAFE.
