Chef Max Visits Washburne Culinary Institute in Chicago
Max Tangermann, Director of Culinary Arts at ACAE met with Chris, Head of the Culinary Department, Washburne Culinary Institute (pictured with Max).
During his stay in Chicago, Max has visited top culinary institutes such as the French Pastry School, Kendall College and Le Cordon Bleu Chicago.
Next on the agenda for Max is the FENI Summit, which involves a weekend of culinary education and interactive Master Classes that Max is sure to appreciate and enjoy.
